    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital or equivalent professional experience in digital trade engagement. At least 5 years' experience in Marketing.
    • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in e-commerce operations including new functionality planning and testing, UX/UI, web content, digital marketing & e-commerce campaigns.
    • A strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and emerging technologies is essential.
    • Strong project management experience is essential and a high level of commercial awareness and business understanding.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proven experience in working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
    • Flexible and the ability to work successfully in a close team environment.
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel) plus Power BI, SimilarWeb and JIRA preferred.
    • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
    • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive 'can do' attitude.
