    • Conduct initial review and process payment requests, supporting the organization's staff in submitting correct, accurate and allowable payment requests.
    • Review vouchers for approval according to the Accounts Payable internal control.
    • Process payment cash disbursements in an accurate and timely fashion. Distribute check, wire, ACH, credit card payments and follow-up with payment confirmations.
    • Maintain best practices and other regulatory compliance related to payments.
    • Process payment returns and investigate issues related to the return.
    • Set up, maintain, and update vendor information in the organization's database.
    • Coordinate with other department to prepare monthly payments projection and prepare the corresponding monthly cash requests from HQ.
