Develop an adequate change management approach and tools to satisfy the requirements of and donors.
Coordinate & monitor donor funded projects (capital investment and technical assistance).
Manage and implement the new PMD concept , including the required staff changes and recruitment of experts.
Report at regular intervals on the state of affairs and progress made towards realization of objectives to and selected funding agencies
Technical assistance to the concerned contractual parties in development of adequate monitoring and reporting arrangements, enabling decision makers to decide on problem oriented and timely solutions at an early stage
Coordinate and cooperate with all water companies, administrations in governorates and monitor the results of performance-based projects
On the basis of the annual financial statements and monitoring reports, develop and propose solutions to improve efficiency and services of all operational units
Actively participate in PMD-internal or external committee works
Actively promote team work and make optimal use of expertise available within PMD.
Manage the performance and the professional development of subordinates.
