- The Role The Housekeeping Coordinator will conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Grand Hyatt Amman and Hyatt International Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guests satisfaction.
- As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be reporting directly to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and below are some of the key responsibilities:
- Handle and direct guest enquiries.
- Maintain and upkeep the guest requests.
- Coordinate all related tasks of the department.
- Fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
- Accurately and promptly distribute all in-coming mails, memos and internal correspondence.
- Help with coordinate appointments and interviews.
- Report lost & Found items and handle accordance to the Policy & Procedures
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as dictated by the department.
