- Conduct effective negotiations with vendors to obtain the best possible price.
- Continually explore alternative sources of supply taking into consideration price, quality and reliability of both existing and new vendors
- Negotiation of contracts for F&B as well General Supplies
- Prepare monthly purchases report for analysis
- Initiate cost saving projects to increase the productivity and profitability of the company
- Finance Degree, with minimum 3 years of Purchasing experience
- Experience in a computerized Materials procurement system preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and excellent negotiation skills, organized, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude, mature, highly initiative, with strong leadership qualities and able to relate well with individuals at all levels and function effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
