Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Ad Sales Specialist with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital advertising sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with advertisers and partners in the blockchain space. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
    • Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored advertising solutions to meet their needs.
    • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for digital advertising.
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the blockchain and fintech sectors.
    • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Cryptonewsz's advertising offerings.
    • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about Cryptonewsz's content, audience demographics, and advertising solutions.
    • Educate clients on the benefits of advertising with Cryptonewsz and the unique advantages of reaching our audience.
    • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with the marketing and editorial teams to align advertising campaigns with Cryptonewsz's content and brand.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and market trends.
    • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue projections.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in digital advertising sales, preferably with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency.
    • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
