    • Study various markets conduct profit and cost analysis to set S&S selling rates.
    • Conduct competitor analysis, study selling rates and unique selling offerings.
    • Work with the marketing department to launch local and global campaigns.
    • Work closely with different departments (IT, Operations and customer service) to implement new projects across global markets.
    • Work on different projects and conduct business feasibility studies to determine projects priority.
    • Manage different S&S platforms and conduct regular reporting to measure performance.
    • Review customer surveys and identify potential product development opportunities
    • Analyze and specify the necessary changes to the shop and ship website to ensure S&S service meeting the business strategic requirements
    • Conduct market analysis for potential new Shop and Ship origins and analyze ecommerce business availability.
