    Vous êtes à la recherche d'une entreprise de confiance dans le domaine des produits pétroliers et de chauffage ?

    En tant que dispatcher, vous serez responsable du suivi de tous les transports principalement en Wallonie et dans le nord de la France.
    Vous rapporterez directement au responsable opérationnel et vous serez en contact avec les chauffeurs, les clients, les partenaires ainsi que d'autres départements au sein de l'entreprise.

    Tâches principales:

    • Suivre les ordres et coordonner les chauffeurs en Wallonie et dans le nord de la France.
    • Organiser les enlèvements et les livraisons chez les clients en fonction des disponibilités de la flotte.
    • Communiquer les ordres de mission aux chauffeurs et gérez les contraintes de temps, de conduite et de repos des chauffeurs.
    • Garantir une bonne communication au sein de l'équipe.
    • Assurer le bon suivi des documents de transport.

    Votre profil:

    • Vous avez une formation en logistique, transport ou autre expérience de minium 3 ans dans le dispatching ou planning transport.
    • Vous maitrisez les règlementations en matière de temps de conduite et de repos autorisés et avez une bonne connaissance géographique de la Belgique et de la France.
    • Vous êtes bon communicateur et avez un esprit d'équipe et êtes très réactifs pour trouver une solution en cas de problème.
    • Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et résistant au stress.
    • Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances dans l'utilisation des outils Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook), ainsi qu'une connaissance de TAS et Trimble constitue un réel atout
    • Vous parlez le français et néerlandais et/ou l'anglais.
    • Vous cherchez à intégrer une entreprise familiale et dynamique qui attache une grande importance à l'humain.
