- Setting KPIs and performance matrix for Contact Center agents at the shared services center.
- Monitor and enhance the overall CS & CC team performance.
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
- Set KPI's and conduct quarterly performance review.
- Identify and address customer needs and challenges.
- Analyze sources of service failures, identify probable root causes, and recommend solutions
- Recommend new technologies or trends to enhance the customer experience
- Manage customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement
- Heavy optimization and efficiencies, driving operating and structure costs down.
- Ability to deep dive into processes, identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste and pragmatically implement new ones.
