- Assisting in the day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to the HR and Facilities Department;
- Managing the day-to-day functioning of the Amman office;
- Participating in recruitment efforts including posting job ads, screening and organising resumes and job applications, scheduling interviews, assisting in the interview process, updating candidates on application status and keeping our recruitment database up to date;
- Coordinating the on boarding and orientation of new staff by liaising with other departments as well as government offices to ensure a smooth and timely transition of new recruits;
