- Tasks within the CRM such as creating new Companies, Contacts & Leads
- Sending Emails to contacts
- Monitoring outstanding activities
- Conducting Research on companies

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
- Coordinate office procedures
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administrative problems
- Maintain workflow by analysing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, and office layout
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
