Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Al Rowad for Publishing and Distribution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient office management, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: Office Management:- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems and databases.
- Assist in record-keeping and document management.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors when necessary.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in the publishing industry is desirable but not mandatory.
